Supplier Return Policy<\/h3>\n\n
\n\n

1. Purpose<\/h4>\nThis policy defines the conditions and procedures under which FRUTANA S.A. may return materials, supplies, chemicals, packaging, and any other goods purchased from suppliers when such goods do not meet agreed specifications, quality standards, or contractual terms.\n\n
\n\n

2. Scope<\/h4>\nThis policy applies to all suppliers of FRUTANA S.A., including but not limited to:\n
    \n \t
  • Packaging materials (carton boxes, plastic bags, liners, labels, pallets, etc.)<\/li>\n \t
  • Chemicals and agricultural inputs<\/li>\n \t
  • Industrial materials, spare parts, and consumables<\/li>\n \t
  • Any other goods acquired through the Purchasing Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
    \n\n

    3. Reasons for Return<\/h4>\nFRUTANA S.A. reserves the absolute right to return goods to the supplier in the event of:\n
      \n \t
    • Non-compliance with technical specifications or purchase order conditions<\/li>\n \t
    • Quality defects, contamination, or deterioration<\/li>\n \t
    • Damage detected upon delivery or during use<\/li>\n \t
    • Expired or near-expiry materials or chemicals<\/li>\n \t
    • Incorrect quantities, product, formulation, batch, or brand<\/li>\n \t
    • Missing or incomplete documentation (technical data sheets, MSDS, certificates, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
      \n\n

      4. Inspection and Notification<\/h4>\n
        \n \t
      • All goods received are subject to inspection upon arrival and during operational use.<\/li>\n \t
      • FRUTANA S.A. reserves the right to identify defects after initial reception if they are not immediately detectable.<\/li>\n \t
      • Any non-conformity shall be notified within five (5) business days or within a reasonable period after detection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
        \n\n

        5. Return Authorization<\/h4>\nNo return shall be processed without prior written authorization from FRUTANA S.A. The supplier shall comply with the return instructions, timeline, and logistics defined. Returned goods must remain in original condition unless the nature of the defect requires otherwise.\n\n
        \n\n

        6. Logistics and Associated Costs<\/h4>\nAll costs related to returns (transportation, handling, replacement, disposal, or re-export) shall be fully borne by the supplier when the return is due to supplier non-compliance. FRUTANA S.A. shall not assume any cost arising from supplier errors or defective goods.\n\n
        \n\n

        7. Compensation Policy (Credit Only \u2013 No Refund)<\/h4>\nUnder no circumstances shall FRUTANA S.A. issue cash refunds. All compensations shall be handled exclusively through:\n
          \n \t
        • Issuance of a Credit Note<\/li>\n \t
        • Replacement of goods<\/li>\n \t
        • Deduction from future invoices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nFRUTANA S.A. reserves the right to apply credit notes to future purchases at its convenience.\n\n
          \n\n

          8. Rejected Materials<\/h4>\nMaterials considered unsafe, non-compliant, or unsuitable may be rejected immediately and returned or disposed of at the supplier\u2019s full responsibility and cost.\n\n
          \n\n

          9. Repeated Non-Compliance<\/h4>\nRepeated quality or compliance issues may result in suspension of purchases, supplier performance review, or immediate termination of the commercial relationship.\n\n
          \n\n

          10. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\nFRUTANA S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of supplied goods.\n\n
          \n\n

          11.
